Dr. Sanchez is a Southern California Native growing up in the Coachella Valley. She obtained her undergraduate degree at University of California, Los Angeles. She then spent four years as a researcher at UCLA in infectious disease involving Leptospirosis and went on to produce three publications. However, her true passion always lied with veterinary medicine. She left her career in research to become a veterinarian. Dr. Sanchez obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis in small animal medicine and returned to Southern California to practice companion animal medicine. Her focus is in emergency and urgent care.
Dr. Sanchez hobbies include cultivating rare plants, reading fiction novels and enjoys jogging with her Blue Heeler, Jake.
